Vaccinations: Current DHLPPC, Rabies, and Bordetella (must have been given at least 2 weeks prior to stay)

Spayed or neutered if over 1 year of age to participate in daycare

Flea & Tick prevention (if fleas and/or ticks are noted during stay, pet will receive a flea and tick treatment)
