Hydrotherapy

Pressly Animal Hospital is proud to offer canine hydrotherapy as part of our comprehensive approach to mobility, recovery, and whole‑body wellness. Our warm‑water treadmill provides low‑impact, highly controlled exercise that supports pets recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or rebuilding strength. Under the guidance of our trained rehabilitation team, hydrotherapy helps improve mobility, increase muscle tone, and enhance comfort for pets of all ages and activity levels.

How many sessions will my pet need?

This varies by condition, but many pets benefit from weekly sessions, especially during the early stages of recovery.

Do I need a referral?

A referral isn’t required, but an exam helps us determine if hydrotherapy is the right fit for your pet.

What to Expect

Each session is tailored to your pet’s comfort and mobility level. Pets walk in a warm‑water treadmill with the support of our trained team, who adjust water height, speed, and duration to meet therapeutic goals. Most sessions last 20–30 minutes and progress is monitored closely.

Our Rehabilitation Team

Our hydrotherapy sessions are guided by trained veterinary professionals who understand mobility, pain management, and safe rehabilitation techniques. Your pet is supported every step of the way with gentle handling and individualized care.
